The Devils
By Joe Abercrombie
This was really in danger of being a 1 out of 5, but it finally picked up steam later in the book. I wasn't able to keep track of main characters until they finally clicked at one point. I don't think I will continue the series.

Life Is Strange
By Kaitlin Tremblay
This one is tough, some really good reflections on the game being written about, but also the author posits that her opinion and interpretation are the right one on a few parts of the book.

The Road to Tender Hearts
By Annie Hartnett
Super sweet and lovely story, even if the beginning is some of the darkest first 25 pages I've read in a bit. A few too many happy coincidences for my liking though.

Legend of the River King
By Alexander B Joy
One of my favorite of the Boss Fight Books series, a delightful little adventure through a game I hadn't heard of.

Never Flinch
By Stephen King
Another fun Holly story, nothing too incredible to remember, but the two villains were quite fun to follow with a multiple identity disorder person and someone else obsessed with justice. Some really cool new characters to the universe as well.

The Pillars of the Earth
By Ken Follett
What a grand epic while also having incredibly interesting characters to follow the whole time. A Game of Thrones style politicking without the fantasy twist. Really loved it.

The Bazaar of Bad Dreams
By Stephen King
A mix of great and bad short fiction. None that truly stand out as incredible or terrible to me.

Looking Glass Sound
By Catriona Ward
It was SO GOOD until you hit the back third. Too many twists and layers to be able to follow it all.

Project Hail Mary
By Andy Weir
A remarkably quick read for how deep the science was. Really cool character work too.

King Sorrow
By Joe Hill
Really loved it, the split between different storytellers and style of story in each part is especially fun. The ending was very well done too.

The Dungeon Anarchist's Cookbook
By Matt Dinniman

Loved it, the series really seemed to take off here. Hoping to see more of the larger world politics being teased at the end of each book.
